HOW CPAP Camping battery WORKS

The Travel CPAP/BiPAP Battery is equipped with a DC Power Socket (like the "cigarette" style sockets found in most vehicles). To power your CPAP/BiPAP with the battery simply connect your machine to the pack using a manufacturer approved DC cord. We sell DC Cords for Philips Respironics, ResMed, Fisher & Paykel, and DeVilbiss machines; but if you already own a DC cord for your machine there is no need to purchase another! The battery pack will work fine with any manufacturer approved DC Power Cord. Review your CPAP/BiPAP manual if you are unsure about whether your system has DC power capabilities.

FLYING WITH YOUR C-266 CPAP Battery PACK

Airline policies regulations are constantly changing. Current regulations do allow CPAP/BiPAP Machines and Lithium Ion Batteries (like the one in this battery pack) to be carried onboard commercial flights; however it is always important to check with your airline prior to travel to determine exactly what requirements they have for carrying medical equipment on board. Many will require a letter of medical necessity from your doctor or a copy of your prescription.

C-266 CPAP Battery USAGE TIPS
  • Using a heated humidifier with your battery pack MAY significantly reduce run times. If you require a humidifier with your CPAP/BiPAP consider using it in passover mode, with the heater turned off, to help extend battery life.
  • Always use the power supply provided to recharge your battery pack. Using a non-approved recharger may damage your battery.
  • Always use the proper DC cord for your CPAP/BiPAP machine. Consult your CPAP/BiPAP machine manual for specifications.

11.1v 10.4Ah Battery Pack For C115 CPAP Machine Wholesale

I needed something to power my CPAP machine while camping. With a full charge, I was able to get 20 hours of operation - 2 1/2 nights worth at 8hrs/night. Not a great option if you're planning to backpack for several days but it's great for a few nights or if you have access to power for recharging. The fact that you have to use your machine's power supply is a little cumbersome but I knew that from the reviews so I wasn't surprised.
Nothing but good things to say about this... I ordered this battery on very short notice due to last minute business plans in Asia. Though I opted for expedited delivery, their domestic warehouse was out of supplies. I was immediately contacted by a rep, who worked with me (and a different warehouse) to ship me a battery on time... With enough room to test the battery last night prior to my flight tomorrow. Great quality battery and construction, and very easy to use...

I am getting about 17 hours of use out of the battery. Not quite enough for the 3 night camping trip I purchased the battery for, Recharges quickly. Was a little disappointed that it did not come with its own charger - you use the power supply for your CPAP to charge.Appears to be very well made. Performs as promised. Recharges pretty fast and provides reliable power to my Phillips CPAP throughout the night (uses about 1/3 of stored power each night -- without humidifier/heater). I would recommend to anyone using a CPAP and looking for portability.

I am a little disappointed in the Battery's performance. It lasted about 14 hours. and the alarm sounded in the middle of the second night. This limits me to never being further away from my truck or an electric outlet for more than one night. On the bright side, it fits easily in my Kelty pack along with my ResMed CPAP.  Works great. Make sure all the power drainer of off, I left the warm up mode on auto but turned everything else off. Battery last 3 hours and an alarm woke me up. Thought the battery was defective but checked my cpap settings and tried again on the second night. I took it on a 4 night camping trip and it worked great, about a 50% drain on the battery so I'm pretty sure 2 nights would be ok. I also bought the Pilot 12v charger, it topped off the battery in an hour.

Best CPAP Battery Backup for Camping Wholesale Supplies

This battery worked fantastic for my CPAP. I bought it for a houseboat vacation where I knew we weren't going to have electricity available during the night. The battery lasted 2 full nights (plus time to spare) before I needed to charge it during the day. It charged very fast. Easy to use.

I needed a backup power supply for my dreamstation cpap machine. I love to camp in the summer time. I just spent two nights on the Buffalo River in northern Arkansas and the battery pack worked great. I used it for approximately six hours each night and still probably had enough charge left for one more. When I got home it only took a couple of hours to recharge it. Now I have the freedom to travel without having to worry about being tied down to an electrical outlet. I also ordered the car charger but haven't used it yet. I did not use the humidifier while using the battery pack.

The Medistrom "Pilot-12 Plus" backup battery for use with my Philips respironics Dreamstation. (According to the user manual that comes with the battery, they also make the "Pilot-24 Plus," which designed for use with the ResMed S9, ResMed AirSense 10, and the ResMed S9.) I received the battery from the Health Store N More in three days, which was much sooner than the projected delivery date. I did as Health Store N More suggested and sent them a message soon after ordering the battery and asked them to include with my order the free Universal travel plug. It is pretty decent, compact, and comes with a cloth bag for storage, so it is definitely worth requesting. The battery is very well made and a quality product. I received it fully charged and ready to use. It comes with a charger/plug to recharge the battery.
Three output cables are included for connecting the CPAP to the battery backup: (1) a general output cable and two changeable connector tips that will fit whatever CPAP device is being used; (2) a cable specifically for the Respironics DreamStation; (3) and a third cable specifically for the Respironics RemStar System One S60. Each cable is labeled accordingly for easy identification. A cloth sleeve is included for storing the battery when not in use. As you can see from the photo I have included, when you turn on the battery, a blue light comes on to indicate that the power is on.

Also, you can check the battery charge status by depressing a button that will display four green lights when the battery is fully charged. There is also a small LED flashlight. Not super bright, but it provides additional light if you need it for some reason and don't have a flashlight handy. I was able to use the battery for two and a half nights on a single charge without the humidifier in use. According to the user manual, using the CPAP humidifier while using the battery will discharge the battery much faster, so I am guessing that you would probably only get one night's worth of power if you decide to use the humidifier. Once the battery is nearing full discharge, an alarm sounds. I was surprised by that feature because I did not realize it had an alarm, but it is a definite plus! As the battery power depletes, the number of green lights that are displayed are also reduced accordingly with one green light displayed when the alarm sounded. After the alarm went off, the battery still had power and the flashlight still worked. However, I don't think you'll get much sleep with the alarm sounding :-) so charge up the battery after the second night of use. I plan to use the battery to power my CPAP when camping or otherwise traveling and do not have access to power. I highly recommend the purchase of this battery, which can also be used to charge your phone or similar device via the USB port.
